Hi! I'm Erin, sometimes known by my nickname, Pumpkin. I'm a blogger, and a professional baker. I haven't always been a baker, though- the first time I went to college I was a theatre major. After graduation, unsure what to do with myself, I moved from the Midwest to Florida, where I worked in the tourism and hospitality industry (including a long stint at Walt Disney World.) After several years, I realized my true calling was in the pastry kitchen, and I went back to earn my associate's degree in baking and patisserie from the Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando.

I just spent the winter (five months) in Park City, UT, where I was a baker at Deer Valley, a luxury ski resort. I had a fantastic experience, but I'm happy to be back on Florida's sunny Space Coast with my evil scientist husband Kyle.
